Sales and Customer Service Administrator

Working under the supervision of the Sales & Customer Service Leader you will be a pivotal point of contact for external and internal customers. You will provide a comprehensive high level of customer service. You will work cohesively with the accounts department on the return of goods and credit/debit notes.

Experience: Administration: 1 year

Qualifications: A-Level or equivalent

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 08:30 – 16:30 (It may be necessary on occasions to work outside these hours, but this will be discussed with your line manager)

Place of work: Worcester WR4

Responsibilities include

• Providing the crucial point of contact for our customers with queries concerning orders or deliveries

• Processing orders by telephone, email or fax

• Ensuring that orders include the accurate prices, discounts and product numbers when entered into the company’s accounting system (SAGE)

• Make accurate cost calculations and provide customers with quotations

• Work with Sales & Customer Leader regarding the return of stock.
